*Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the request and are more or less negotiable on a case-to-case basis.

Payment Method:
I can only accept payments thru Paypal at the moment but if you want to pay using a different method, send me an email at iambibs (at) gmail (dot) com so we can discuss the payment method of your choice. Please note, however, that I do not accept payments in x-deals or barter, so please do not ask if that is possible.

How to Order:

You can order either by sending me an email at iambibs (at) gmail (dot) com or by sending me a note at Deviant Art with “Commission” as the subject. Include the details of your commission along with any references available (do not send images, only links).

Once I’ve reviewed the details I will send you a quotation of the total cost for your image. When we've finalized and agreed on everything, you can send the full payment to my Paypal address. Please note that I start on commissions only after receiving the full payment.

For those of you who are worried about the security of your commissions, I am willing to send you a contract via e-mail that will be signed by both parties before payment is to be made.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following rules:
  • The artist retains all the rights and ownership of the artwork created.

  • Commissioned art is for personal use only and may not be used in any way that would generate profit. However if a commission is to be used for commercial purposes, there will be an additional licensing fee (to be negotiated).

  • The artist reserves the right to display all commissioned artworks (whether for personal or commercial use) in her portfolio. Although exceptions can be made for artwork that needs to be kept confidential until a certain period.

Additional Notes:

  • I will not draw porn or mecha. If I feel that what you want is not suitable for my talents, then I have the right to reject your commission.

  • All artwork are delivered at 8” by 10” in 200 dpi unless discussed otherwise.

  • I will do any necessary minor revisions and provide you with previews and drafts during the course of making your request. Any major revisions (especially after inks are done) will require additional payment.

  • I cannot give definite timelines on when commissions will be done since I also have a day job, but if you have a particular deadline in mind, let me know beforehand. I do not accept commissions that have unreasonable deadlines.

  • For large commercial projects (more than 10 illustrations at a time), I am willing to negotiate prices depending on the scope, complexity, and budget of the project.

If you have any questions, feel free to email me at iambibs (at) gmail (dot) com or drop me a note here on DA.

Your artwork is spectacular, and I would be very interested in getting a commission (or several if you are interested). However, I am in the military and on deployment, so signing and mailing and waiting for a contract to return would probably be a bit prohibitive. Would a scanned document with a signature E-mailed to you suffice?

Thanks for the interest! Actually, the contract rule is not that important to me (since I only do commissions once fully paid anyway) and was just added recently for those who preferred a sense of security for their commissions. I forgot to mention, too, that the contracts are also sent via e-mail, in case you were thinking I was sending through snail mail (I need to revise that, thanks for pointing that out) :D

I'm interested in commissions featuring my characters interacting either with each other, or with the environment. Trying to get a feel for the way they deal with their issues, and for setting the stage that is the greater world of Solarin. This might feature fantastic creatures, and architecture/structure examples, as well as human/humanoid characters.

If this sounds like something you might be interested in, please let me know, and we may be able to discuss this in more detail.
